Get healthy= healthy = skinny

Unhealthy=fat

No smoking….no alcohol

Alcohol raises the level of hydrochloric acid in ur stomach and makes u suffer from poor digestion and bloated fat pig syndrome, non organic wine is no good either , it contains urethane, a cancer causing chemical , both beer and alcohol jack up ur blood sugar level.
Drink organic red wine produced without sulphites (sulphites are additives used fight bacteria they cause allergic reactions…..that is why drink organic red wine …no sulphites added…NSA.

Soda is liquid satan….it is garbage, soda’s high level of phosphorous can increase calcium loss from the body as can its sodium ad caffeine.

Aspartame an ingredient commonly found in diet sodas and other sugar free foods has been blamed for arthritis, birth defects, diabetes. methyl alcohol a component of aspartame enters ur body it turns into formaldehyde…which is cancer causing…the reason u have a lumpy ass is coz u r preserving your fat cells with diet soda.

When aspartame is paired with carbs it causes brain to slow down production of serotonin…which is needed to keep u happy n well balanced so soda makes u sick, unhappy and fat.

Morning coffee is for pussies…if u r addicted to caffeine then its coz ur sleep deprived or a unhealthy slob.caffeine causes headaches , digestive problems , irritation of the stomach n bladder ,peptic ulcers , diarrhea,fatigue,anxiety and depression. it raises stress hormones. coffee whether regular or decaf is highly acidic,acidic foods cause the body to produce fat cells. So coffee= fat cells. Don’t start ur day with a dose of poison. A much better way to start ur day is with decaf green tea or a fresh squeezed oj.

Junk food= saturated fats+ sugars+ hydrogenated oils+ calories+ cholesterol+chemicals.
Ever heard of butylated hydroxyamisole BHA or butylated hydroxytoluene BHT…..highly dangerous

Now before u decide to go for fat free snacks…use ur head…read the ingredients before u buy anything.


CARBS: THE TRUTH

There are 2 types :simple and complex.

Simple carbs suck and are as nutritionally beneficial as toilet paper. They are mostly made up of sugar, which releases too quickly causing sugar high n then crashes. This tends to leave us feeling hungry so we eat more. Simple carbs are white flour, white pasta , white rice and white sugar.

Complex carbs are comprised of starch and fiber and release gradually , providing a steady source of energy. They make us feel full. They are potatoes, yams , barley, corn, brown rice, beans, hummus, lentils, millet and pasta made from brown rice, whole wheat or vegetables.

Fruit is quite possibly the most perfect food. High in enzymes, it effortlessly passes through the body. It cleanses, detoxifies the body. Fruit serves best when eaten alone.
